“Water infrastructures are essential for human society, life and health and classified as critical infrastructures (CIs). These CIs can be endangered, disrupted or destroyed by events related to physical and cyber threats including, but not restricted to, deliberate attacks, with fatal consequences for society. Managing the risks from significant physical and cyber threat to CI requires an integrated risk management approach including the full spectrum of capabilities, expertise, and experience across the CI community and associated stakeholders.”
